Neighbors Lead is designed to help you shape your community. Here’s how:
We bring together rising leaders who care deeply about the community to become Civic Captains. Seasoned organizers work with them over the course of several weeks to build the organizing and bridge-building skills needed to make real impact.
In collaboration with each other and their own networks, Civic Captains identify local challenges where they can make a difference. They then work together to build a plan for how the community can address them.
Putting their new skills into action, Civic Captains gather, organize, and motivate community members to work side-by-side on solutions. Neighbors Lead helps them succeed with ongoing coaching and support.
Neighbors Lead initiatives are 100% designed and led by Civic Captains, and are informed by their community’s needs. That could look like:
